## Product

BI Helper opens reports in a browser, applies slicers or filters, snapshots the report pages into PDF or PPTX files, and distributes them via email or SFTP. Each recipient can receive a report filtered specifically to their data. Setup takes approximately 15 minutes. No servers or storage purchases required.

- **Standard** — $50/month for up to 300 PDF/PPTX files, $0.12 per additional. 1 user account, 3 parallel jobs. Manual and CSV input. Email delivery only.
- **Premium** — $100/month for up to 500 PDF/PPTX files, $0.20 per additional. 10 user accounts, 25 parallel jobs. Auto-read from Power BI/Tableau, CSV upload. Email and SFTP delivery. Excel export. S3 storage for 5 days.
- **Enterprise** — $500/month for up to 1,500 PDF/PPTX files, $0.35 per additional. Unlimited accounts, 50 parallel jobs, custom infrastructure, data sovereignty (AWS region of choice), managed workflow setup.
- **Prepaid** — $200 for a package of 500 PDF/PPTX files, valid 15 days. 5 accounts, 25 parallel jobs.

- OAuth2 and API tokens encrypted with AES-256
- Power BI access is read-only (embedded mode); BI Helper cannot read or copy underlying data
